What:
"Inspired by our current exhibition, New York, New York, families enter the galleries, traveling through time to discover NYC of the past, before creating a city of their own vision. Participants will plan and construct three-dimensional urban environments using LED lights to illuminate their cities inspired specifically by the dynamic contrast of light and dark as seen in John Sloan's Bleecker Street painting. Collaborating with NY Children’s Theater, families will write lyrics and stories about the inhabitants of their own communities to bring life to their city sculptures." www.nassaumuseum.com
