The annual Greek Festival on the Harbor returns to North Hempstead Beach Park in Port Washington.  Click here for more details.  The festival will have a fireworks display on Saturday night, September 29th.  Try and go before 6pm so you can park in the parking lot.  There will be massive bumper to bumper traffic at night and shuttle buses offered to take you from nearby parking lots to North Hempstead Beach Park once theirs fills up.  Times vary day to day.  Below are pictures from the festival from 2017. If you had to pick one fall festival at North Hempstead Beach Park, this is the one to go to (although the food at the Italian Festival is much better!)
